How I became interested in ghost hunting-
From a very early age I've had a great interest in the supernatural. I had a great addiction to books by Daniel Cohen and horror novels like The Shining and The Exorcist. I was always obsessed with those sensational account novels like Amityville Horror and The Entity. I remember reading these books in elementary school and was always hoping for those twins from The Shining to pop up whenever I turned a corner. Of course it was always a let down when I did turn a corner and they weren't there. I still anticipate this happening in my adult life and everytime I hope to see them. "Hello, Danny."
I began to really enjoy the National Enquirer when they would have their annual ghost issue filled with horrific stories of demonic possession and phantoms that attack hillbillies in trailer parks. I loved the pictures of the ghosts taken by these poor folks living in hell as a poltergeist ripped every shred of their lives apart. They would always have a photo of the 'victims' looking haggard and puffing on cigarettes. My parents thought I was strange but they were pleased that I was reading at an early age. While my classmates were reading Clifford I was deeply studying the pages of The Entity and wondering how someone could possibly stay in a house where you get raped by an invisible ghoul while two invisible henchman hold you down on the bed!
Well I eventually turned into a grown-up and started to go to haunted spots around Maryland. I realized that ghosts really aren't the violent creatures the media has made them out to be. I have been obsessed with finding out more about hauntings and hopefully one day will be able to witness a poltergeist. Although I don't think I have ever seen a ghost, (With the exception of an incident at the Point Lookout Lighthouse some years ago with a friend of mine.) I have always wanted to see one. That is why I was so thrilled when asked to join this club. My goal is to document and photograph my experiences with the group and try to find some sort of explanation for things that astound me more than anything in this world we live in. I have taken photos and still get excited when I capture orbs or anything else unexplained. I hope to get more. I recently stumbled upon a nice haunted locale that a friend who works with me lives in. It is an old apartment building in Baltimore that used to be a private mansion. I spend most of my free time there on the weekends taking pictures in the halls and in my friends' apartment. I have had a great success rate there more than anywhere else that I have been. We have been talking to the spirits there and once they whispered back to me. Like my favorite scary twins from The Shining said, "Hello, Danny." Well, not quite.

Joint Investigations- I have been on one excursion with The Maryland Ghost and Spirit Association.

Other Interests- Collecting DVD's. Watching hideous movies. Buying antiques from the fifties. Making my actors lives miserable. Reading. Talking on the phone. Going somewhere in the middle of the night and getting scared, it's good inspiration. My dog, Bandit. My cats, Fuzzy and Sally. Watching ghost shows on cable. Listening to records from the fifties. I could go on forever. Drop me a line and I will tell you all about the rest.
